CONTROVERSIAL DECISION
TO DISMISS THE CASE
BASED ON A NEW 2018 LAW

NO BALLS.

NOT AFFORDED A MUCH DESERVED TRIAL

SO
A RESULTING AMAZING STORY THAT SHOULD LEAVE THIS JUDGE KRUM-EICH FEELING LIKE THE LOW BENDING PERSON HE IS.
I - Realizing this Wendy Higgins Chambers does not have the ultimate power to remove libel from Westport News/Hearst Communications, I choose not to Appeal being financially tapped and seek to direct my efforts at News 12/Altice and Westport News/Hearst Communications and eventually the Westport Police. Wendy Higgins Chambers files a Motion for me to pay her Attorney Fees - $16,700 for a basic Motion to Dismiss. Excessive to say the least. I file my Objection to Paying Attorney Fees and await a Hearing on the Motion. A November 2020 Hearing via Zoom (conducted once again by Judge Krumeich from his kitchen like the Hearing for Motion to Dismiss) has me Pro Se James Lawrence once again showing up to battle only one other person - Attorney Jessica Wraag as Wendy Higgns Chambers hides. Judge Krumeich seeing this says I have the right to question anyone associated with the costs - 5 lawyers from 3 law firms and of course Wendy Higgins Chambers who is once again hiding. Judge Krumeich rightfully continues the Hearing for December 2020.

OBJECTION TO MOTION FOR ATTORNEY FEES
DO NOT MISS THIS

YET
ONE WEEK BEFORE THE DEC. 22, 2020 HEARING DEFENSE/WENDY HIGGINS CHAMBERS FILES A MOTION TO WITHDRAW ITS DEMANDS FOR ATTORNEY FEES!!!!
WHY?
1: She is being nice after getting the facts about me .... which is doubtful.
2: My website about the fiasco is what shows up when google her name and maybe she wants me to cease with my computer coding onslaught affecting her name.
3: My strategy was to tactfully ask questions at the Hearing about whether she feels or said in past to lawyer or journalist that I "stalked" or "harassed" her which the Judge reasoned there was no evidence of her using the words "stalk" or "harass" for he said these words could be slanderous - thus awaiting results of my cases against media companies. If she truly did not use these words then it is a stronger case against the media. I think she is afraid of this questioning and my intent to depose her in case against Hearst Westport News for I will be getting the journalist deposed or on the stand too and if journalist says she did say to her that I "harassed" her then she could be sued again.
4: Westport News/Hearst following this case as well advising her not to be questioned now.
5: The recent accusations against Gov. Andrew Cuomo because the article headlines against him are eerily similar to the one against me yet show my Course of Conduct argument is strong because he did indeed have multiple contacts with women as articles say "for years" since they worked together for years while on the contrary I am a guy crossing paths with a woman once at a market.

interesting and very telling  action by Defense
to Withdraw their Motion for Attorney Fees
AND the reasons why
LEAVING THIS JUDGE EDWARD KRUMEICH LOOKING LIKE AN IDIOT.

IT IS THESE TYPES OF BETA MALE DEMOCRATIC APPOINTED JUDGES THAT ARE DESTROYING THIS COUNTRY FOR IN THE END THESE WEAK MEN WILL BEND AND FALL IN LINE WITH THE SICK AND CORRUPT BASE OF THOSE WHO APPOINT THEM
(so he continues to get invited to the fancy parties).
CONNECTICUT
AKA
CONNECTICUCK AKA CONNECTICUNT
IS INFAMOUS FOR THESE TYPES OF BETA MALES.

I argued it was not just the words Wendy Higgins Chambers used but her actions - for her and only her persistent actions initiated and significantly contributed to the media slander and libel's Damages. This fat Judge Krumeich ('crooked oak') entertained no arguments on the persistent actions obvioulsy committed by Wendy Higgins Chambers - veritable harassment.

  Connecticuck Judge Edward Krumeich

First it was police midgets, then spinster mentally ill older woman, then fat beta-cuck male journalist, then child feminist nitwit journalist and her gay editor,
and now another fat beta-cuck male.
Very fitting that Judge Krumeich participated in the Hearings via Zoom from his kitchen.
WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO AMERICA?
WHERE ARE THE BIG STRONG PROPER MEN IN THIS FIASCO?
WHERE ARE BIG STRONG PROPER MEN WHO KNOW WOMEN AND FEMININE BEHAVIOR?
(eating is a feminine behavior - soft)

America is obviously falling.

Krumeich is a name meaning "crooked oak".

Oaks are suppose to be symbols of strength and sometimes so hard to be symbolic of stubbornness,
but a "crooked oak" would connote a crooked strength.

English:
Crooked - 1: not straight; bending; curved: a crooked path   2: askew; awry
3: deformed: a man with a crooked back  4: not straightforward; dishonest

Swedish:  Krumbukt – bend, curve, excuse, beating around the bush
German idiom:  Auf die krumme tour versuchen, etwas zu tun – to try to do sth. by crooked means
Etwas krumm nehmen – to take sth. the wrong way, take offense at sth.
Sich krumm legen – scrimp or pinch and scrape

Russian slang:  Косой - Kosoy – (literally crooked) drunk

German idiom:  schief Geladen haben - (lit. to have a crooked load) to be drunk

Gaelic:  Cuar – crooked, perverse, bent
Cuar – to torment, to pain

Italian:  Stòrto – (literally crooked, bent) incompetent

English:  Wrong - [late O.E., "twisted, crooked, wry," fr. O.N. rangr, earlier *wrangr "crooked, wry, wrong," fr. P.Gmc.
*wrangaz (cf. Dan. vrang "crooked, wrong," M.Du. wranc, Du. wrang "sour, bitter," lit. "that which distorts
the mouth"), fr. PIE *wrengh- "to turn" (see wring). Sense of "not right, bad, immoral, unjust" developed by
c.1300. Wrong thus is etymologically a negative of right (from L. rectus, lit. "straight"). L. pravus was lit.
"crooked," but most commonly "wrong, bad;" and other words for "crooked" also have meant "wrong" in
Italian and Slavic. Cf. also Fr. tort "wrong, injustice," fr. L. tortus "twisted." Wrong-headed first recorded
1732. To get up on the wrong side (of the bed) "be in a bad mood" is recorded from 1801]

In everything you do, stay away from complaining and arguing, so that no one can speak a word of blame against you. You are to live clean, innocent lives as children of God in a dark world full of people who are CROOKED and stubborn. Shine out among them like beacon lights, holding out to them the word of Life.”   Philippians 2: 14-16

The Romans used to award OAK-leaf crowns or quercus, to soldiers who saved a citizen in battle. This exists today’s military in the form of oak clusters, which are devices placed on existing awards or decorations that denote more than one bestowal of a decoration. In all ages and among all peoples the oak has been synonymous with strength. The Latin robur is used both for oak and strength. It has been symbolic with kingship. The oak is a very hard, tough wood.  The following are some more associations with the oak.

Scots:  Oak – a cudgel

English:  Shillelagh – [Shillelagh, a town in Ireland famed for its oaks trees]  CUDGEL

Cudgel - n. 1: a short, thick stick used as a weapon; club
                           v.  2: to strike with a cudgel; beat

The following is an interesting word association within the Russian language and the Slavic root dub 'oak'.

Russian:   Дуъ/дуъак - Dub/dubak – oak; blockhead, fool, idiot; intense cold
Дуъина - Dubina – club, cudgel; blockhead
Дуъовый - Duboviy – oak; coarse; clumsy
                Дуъары - Dubar –  (slang) a corpse

French idiom:  Avoir les glandes – (to have the acorns from oak) to be angry

The Qur’an or Koran has an interesting story about a people from Madyan written as the “Companion of the Wood”, اصحب الايك As-hab ul Aikati.

Arabic:  ايك Aik – thicket, jungle, wood
The Companions of the Wood” are written as “wrong doers”  or “sinners”.

The Companions of ايك Aik or Wood
influenced the following European words from oak.
German:  Eiche – oak
Dutch/Norwegian/Icelandic/Swedish:  Eik/Ek - oak
Scots:  Aik - oak

“And the COMPANIONS OF THE WOOD
Were also wrong-doers;
So We exacted retribution
From them.  They were both (Cities of the Plain and the Companions of Aika)
On an open highway,
Plain to see”.
  Sura 15. 78-79

“The proud COMPANIONS OF THE WOOD
And the builders of Rocky Fortresses
Were all swept away because of their sins”.
 Commentary 121 (Sura 15. 51-84)

“The COMPANIONS OF THE WOOD
Rejected the apostles”.
   Sura 26. 176

Shu aib was the messenger and apostle trying to warn the Companions of the Wood (Sura 26. 177-188).
“But they rejected him.
Then the punishment
Of a day of overshadowing Gloom
Seized them, and that was
The Penalty of a Great Day”…
Verily in that is a Sign :
But most of them
Do not believe.
  Sura 26. 189-190

English:  1Lay - [lay (n.) "short song," mid-13c., from Old French lai "song, lyric," of unknown origin, perhaps from Celtic
(cf. Irish laid "song, poem," Gaelic laoidh "poem, verse, play") because the earliest verses so called were
Arthurian ballads, but OED finds this "out of the question" and prefers a theory which traces it to a                                         Germanic source, cf. Old High German leich "play, melody, song."]

            2Lay - of or relating to laity : not ecclesiastical;
                        of not a particulat profession;

"When Joshua heard the noise below them, of all the people shouting, he exclaimed to Moses, “it sounds as if they are preparing for war!” But Moses replied, “No, it is not a cry of victory or defeat, but SINGING.” When they came near to the camp, Moses saw the calf and the dancing, and in anger he threw the tablets to the ground and they lay broken at the foot of the mountain.”   Exodus 32:15-19
