"investigative" Officer JAMES SULLIVAN admits that what he wrote in his arrest warrant
"women not giving statements out of fear of retaliation"
is not documented in a any Incident Report .
YES
there are no documents attesting to this corrupt narrative,
and
he never called any woman or talked to any past woman to ascertain if this corrupt narrative was true.
Officer Sullivan said under oath - "other officers told me this"..
while also saying
"I can't attest to every officer".
COMPLETE HEARSAY IDIOTIC ALLEGED POLICE STATION GOSSIP
FROM ANOTHER OFFICER TURNED INTO THE HYPED UP NARRATIVE
NOT APPROPRIATE LET ALONE LAWFUL FOR AN ARREST WARRANT.
